Help understanding bill please.

Further to my previous post Confusion over renewed contract start date” I would be grateful if a Plusnet member of staff could explain the breakdown of my present bill. I'm in my 70s and didn't think I was losing the plot until I read but this but it beats me.

The bill should be £0 as Emily D said in the post mentioned above but I appear to have been charged £5-87 . This is the breakdown for this month:
