Have not received £145 rewards

Refer to contact by Compare the market. I join your broadband plan 24 months. Plusnet should be sent the £145 Reward Card to me. I have joined your plan on Oct 2025 until now. But I have not received £145 rewards. I have captured your promotion picture. If you need I can show you

Welcome to the Plusnet Community

I can have this looked into for you, just to check did you receive your claim e-mail and claimed the rewards card but it has not been sent? Or did you not receive a claim email?
