Final bill

I changed over to Sky on 28 April, I have received bill on 21 May which is normal bill. It says my next bill is in June and the balance is
Minus £21.00. on other words in credit ? My contract finishes in July and there was a fee to pay, not too sure what's going on. Will June be my final bill, as Sky need it to process my refund of fees?

Re: Final bill

Hi @rob22 It looks like the cancellation fees were waived according to your last bill, for some reason your account is still active with us. Looks to be a one touch switch issue, we can see the notification that sky confirmed you're live with them but it didn't trigger the account to close, ill get this sorted for you today.

To confirm, your final bill will be generated 20 days after account closure but i would assume the final bill will be nothing as your June bill included all adjustments and fees which amounted to us owing you.

All the best
