Final bill

I left PlusNet on 8 February but have not received a final bill - expecting a refund of almost £12.  Does anyone know how I can get my refund & bill?

There may be a ticket on your account with the calculations, but that probably won't be in a very user-friendly format, then the bill in the usual format should appear a short time later.  At least that's what happened when I left, but that was before the new and improved billing system.

Thanks @abails0105.  The bill was produced on the day you said and the refund was in my account a few days later.
