Hi,
I currently pay by DD and wish to change the bank account my payments are taken from. When I choose: "Change payment method" from the Billing and Payments menu and then click on the "Change payment method" button, I get the following error message: "There has been an issue; please consult your system administrator" Is it possible to change the bank account associated with a DD payment?
