Error Message On Account

Hi All,

Posting this here as it seems the most suitable place.

Last week I placed an order to upgrade to full fibre and I have had the order confirmed via text from PlusNet & Openreach and via email from PlusNet.

Due to be activated on 17 September.

However I can not check the status of this order on my account as I keep getting this error message: "You can't change your products for the moment, you already have a product change in progress."

It is my understanding that I should be able check on the status of the order and there should also be a message about it?

Any assistance with this would be greatly appreciated.

@DerekW Unless something has changed drastically, that message does not stop you from accessing your account - it just means you cannot make any more changes to your product.

How are you checking the status? Are you looking at the tickets on the account?

@jab1 Oh I can access my account, I just see no way to keep a check on the status of the order or check any message with regard to it, each time I try I get the above error message.

It is my understanding that I should still be able to check the status of my order and also there should be a message about it.

It has been a real struggle so far to get to this point so I want to keep a close eye on things and head off any potential issues that may arrise.

@Baldrick1 I have followed the link in the email from PlusNet to check on the status but it just send me in a loop back to the home page of my account with the above error message.

I also checked this link https://portal.plus.net/wizard/?p=search but it shows no open tickets, however a search of closed tickets shows a number of entries relating to my order.

Just a little confused here 😁

@DerekW Those email links quite often don't work, you are not the first to have that problem. Unfortunately, as an 'email only' account holder, my account interface is somewhat limited, so I can't really assist much further. Sorry.
