Ending contract without fees

I want to end my contract early as I want a fttp package which includes a phone line. If I move to BT can I still do this without occuring fees? Additionally BT sport was a main reason for renewing and this has now been cancelled.

You can transfer to BT without incurring cancellation charges but you must arrange it through the Customer Options Team by ringing them on 0800 013 2632.

Got my final Plusnet bill for £0.00, exactly 3 weeks after I requested services to be terminated one week after FTTP was activated.

ex-Plusnet (ADSL, FTTC) 2008-2023. now BT (FTTP) 2023-
