Early termination charge fee

Hi Team,

I'm looking at switching provider, are you able to give a estimate for my current early termination charge if I were to cancel today?

Thanks,

Karl

Re: Early termination charge fee

Thank you for the link. The following line is a little open to interpretation:

We take your monthly charge, including any discounts

Should I be using the current monthly bill or add the bill and the discount I get together to give the monthly charge?

Also I'm guessing the "we then reduce the charge to take account of any costs we save because of you leaving early, such as wholesale costs." could be any value also, so hard to work out an approximate value.

Re: Early termination charge fee

Fix

You use the figure which  is that given when all promotional discounts are taken into account, e.g. if the initial charge for broadband is £25.99, but you have promotional discount of £15.00, making the actual charge £10.99, then you use the £10.99 figure.

The 'cost saving' figure is relatively insignificant so you can ignore it, but it should reduce the final amount - slightly.
