I've just cancelled my sky sport on Now Tv. I logged in and it took me 3 or 4 clicks. Your service is deliberately impossible. You are defrauding us out of our money as you are not providing a service. Shame on you.

If you read the coronavirus update highlighted in yellow at the top of this board etc you will find a link to a form that you can use to suspend the service. This should give you time to cancel your service.
