Discount reduced - half way through contract

Hello to all. I am 12 months into a 24 month contract. My bill has now increased for the first time - the difference is a reduction in the “Discount” amount. This is a part month but from next month will then be £10 a month more expensive. Is this an error or genuine increase as I had expected the same price throughout or wouldn’t have signed for 2 years. I'm sorry to see your latest bill's wrong. I've corrected this now by applying the right amount of discounts moving forward and I've added a credit towards your next bill to cover the overcharge of your existing payment.
