Discount not applied

Hi Plusnet,

I’ve just received my broadband and home phone bill for January 2021. However, I notice that the £7 discount (£4 and £3 discounts) haven’t been applied?

Is this just a error due to it being a new year? I’m still in my existing contract etc so should still have the discount?

Could someone advise please? Smiley

I'm sorry to see your latest bill's wrong. I believe I've got this sorted for you now, I've raised ticket 210051127 sending you an email with more information which I hope helps.
