Online Renewal

Just wondering how long prior to expiry does the exclusive offer of contract renewal appear on within the my account?

Last time I renewed this way and found it very quick and easy with great pricing.

@Hamiltoncolin0 I can't say for certain as it was nearly 12 months ago for me, but I would guess 4-6 weeks.

We'd email an end of contract reminder 40 days before the expiry so it should be around then you'd see a new offer.

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.
