Contract renewal

My contract renewal is now approaching.

I presently pay £32.36 per month for the 300Mb service.

My renewal offer is £34.99 per month rising to £37.99 from 31st March.

However, new customers are offered £28.99 per month rising to £31.99 from 31st March, a saving of £5.00 per month.

How do I negotiate a reduction? I am deaf.

When it comes to contract negotiation, we have two options: you can either check out the renewal deals online in our member center or give us a call. 

I recommend giving us a call because we can often be more flexible over the phone. However, I understand that since you mentioned you’re deaf, calling might not be easy for you.

To be fair to Marsh, the system we use to reply to forum posts auto-corrects to American spellings all the time.

 

Either that or Marsh is secretly American Wink
