Contract renewal Not taken place

My new contract was supposed to start on the 3rd April 2023, however, the renewal has not yet shown up in my account, and I have now been billed for this month. This new bill is still for the old contract which is due to end on the 10th May 2023, and hence, after that I have been charged at the full non-contract cost.


Could somebody please look into this?Huh
