No Email confirmation of Payment Taken

Hello I normally receive a email when my service bill has been paid for. I just payed my bill now but received no email confirmation as of yet when I normally get it straight away. On my bank it says payment has been success to PLUSNETPLC so I'm guessing all still should be fine even tho I haven't received a email confirmation? Thank you
