if the fibre upgrade happens during my contract, I could switch to another ISP without penalty, on the basis that when the contract started I had no choice of ISP.
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Apart from keeping an eye on the Checker and for any OR work in the neighbourhood I would be more concerned with your phone service at this time. If it matters to you then you're going to have to do something about it in the relatively near future - almost certainly before Full Fibre arrives.
