I signed a contract renewal on the 19th of January. I received email confirmation of the new contract and price of £25. I've just received a email that the amount of £45 is due to be taken next week. I then logged into the online portal to find that it says I'm currently out of contract?![]()
Why has my new contract not started?
By the way, it didn't stop you sending me an email last week that you're putting the price up - of a contract which apparently hasn't even start yet

When did your last contract expire? If it ended before your renewal on Jan 19 you will be charged the full out-of-contract price for that month. Your lower rate will resume after this.
