Contract has not started

I signed a contract renewal on the 19th of January. I received email confirmation of the new contract and price of £25. I've just received a email that the amount of £45 is due to be taken next week. I then logged into the online portal to find that it says I'm currently out of contract?Huh

By the way, it didn't stop you sending me an email last week that you're putting the price up - of a contract which apparently hasn't even start yet

When did your last contract expire? If it ended before your renewal on Jan 19 you will be charged the full out-of-contract price for that month. Your lower rate will resume after this.
