Was without any service from Monday 14th July for 5 days.
Automatic compensation never received/credited to my account.
Fixed! Go to the fix.

If you were eligible for automatic compensation, it would normally be added to your account within 30 days.
Did you report the loss of service using either the automated bot or by speaking to our guides at the time?
