Been cutoff even though the lady on the phone reassured me that internet would remain on over Christ

how do I contact someone? I was told I would receive a call yesterday to speak with a manager and that my internet would remain on over Christmas but they never called.. now I am sat in my neighbours house connected to their hotspot interrupting their Christmas morning hoping to get help as my internet has gone **sad face**

@rcarslake89 why have you been 'cut off'?  Note there is very limited, if any, support over the holiday  period.

I missed my payment as netflix took money out from the bill money I had In my account, so I called up to see if I could pay a majority of my bill and stay connected.. the lady then offered me a discount that would allow me to pay the remaining amount off in full, then she explained she couldn't authorise the discount as it's very close to the end of my contract and she would call back on the 24th with a manager to assist me, but she never called

Ah, OK. Not much I can say to help, I'm afraid - I don't work for PN, and this needs Accounts  assistance. Have you tried calling, although I doubt there will be staff in to cover today?

I have called every number I can find, but the call bot just says call back at office hours, but there's no indication of when the office are..

OK - they are obviously closed today.
