Hi Chaps,
In the very near future I will be moving house. I will need to cancel my plusnet phone and broadband rental as I will be moving back to my folks for a few months whilst my new house complete I see I have to pay a cessation charge - does anyone know at what point they take the £25 payment? is it when I call or at the end of the billing period!?
As a side, will my plusnet account remain "dormant"? (ie, free dialup account?) in the interim period? As I would like to return with the same username etc in several months time.

Hi there,
It'll most likely be taken when you call, but I suspect you could make an arrangement with our team if need be. Regarding the account being kept as dialup, again the team should be able to arrange this when you talk to them but if anything goes wrong with it post in here and we'll sort it for you.
