Cashback still 'pending' after over 8 weeks


When i signed up with plusnet on the 10/02/2019 i went through topcashback for £85 cashback, it tracked on the 10/02/2019 (same day) and says faster paying (within 6 weeks), I know my claim is valid so fail to see why it still shows pending and why plusnet have not paid out still? there is no reason for them to decline it as i complied with any conditions etc.

Hi there @triceratops if the cashback promotion was provided by Topcashback you would need to contact them directly as the offer is redemeed and processed through them.

To query this head over to and log into your account.

Select 'Account', which can be found toward the top right of the website.
Click on 'Customer care'.
Select the 'View or lodge a claim' option.



You need to make sure to provide your Plusnet username and ensure that all information matches the information which we hold; otherwise, the cashback may be declined.

This is known as a transaction query, a process which can require up to 30 days for confirmation.
