Cashback email not received
My broadband went live on 30th September and I have not yet received the cashback email! I've already checked spam and junk folders and still nothing.
Could you please look into/sort this out for me?

I'm sorry to see you've not received an email to redeem your cashback. Our system is showing this to be sent on 09-Oct-2019 00:02 from firstname.lastname@example.org however to make things easier I've added the link to the form that the email contains to a ticket on your account you'd be able to view Here.
