I have yet to receive an email to claim my cashback. There's nothing in my spam folders and this seems to be a pretty common problem for new customers. Please can you help me in claiming my £75?

As your services only went live on the 12th I'm afraid we can't chase this up as you should receive the e-mail within 10 days of your services going live and it's only been 6
If you haven't received it by the 22nd let us know and we'll get that chased up for you
