£75 cashback problem

My broadband went live on 23rd August and I have yet to receive an email to claim my cashback?

From checking your account I can see the e-mail was sent this morning but to speed things up for you I've claimed the cashback on your behalf.

You should receive this within the next 30 days but if you don't let us know and we'll investigate further
