Plusnet reward not received

I ordered my plusnet reward card on 6th August 2019 and was told it was on it's way and would be here within 30 days, to date (17th September 2019) it has not been received, does anyone know how I can chase this up please? See email attached.

Hi @abiroux1992 thanks for getting in touch. I'm sorry to see you've not received your reward card yet. I've escalated this with our billing team to investigate further and we should receive an update within the next 5 working days regarding the next steps. There is a possibility we may need to honour this in the form of a cheque, but we'll let you know if that's the case.

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.
