Hi @abiroux1992 thanks for getting in touch. I'm sorry to see you've not received your reward card yet. I've escalated this with our billing team to investigate further and we should receive an update within the next 5 working days regarding the next steps. There is a possibility we may need to honour this in the form of a cheque, but we'll let you know if that's the case.
