Can’t upgrade to take broadband offer due to ‘error occurring’

It looks like this has been a problem for lots of people but every time I try to take advantage of the offer to move to fibre extra before my current contract expires I get the following message:

You can't change your products for the moment, you have an order which is currently being processed. Please try again later."

Please could this be rectified in my account?
