So I forgot to change my card details when I was issued a new bank card and the payment failed. I am unable to get to the make a payment page as I get an error every time I try, this has happened every time in the past too.
If I go to www.plus.net/pay I get redirected to https://portal.plus.net/apps/payment/failed/retry
I have also seen another error saying there is no invoice available.
Any chance of getting some help?
