Looking for some clarification. Recently went through the renewal process and signed up to 12 month effective 1st April 2025 contract at £27.99. However every bill since (April, May, June) have all been £28.63?
Is this something to do with me renew during an overlap period before the existing contract had run its course? Or an error due it being a special offer renew thing?
Bit confused why its 64p more each month since the new contract was set up.
Anyone shed any light on it?
