I am late paying my bill and I cant met the after 14 days that I have been given, due to my personal circumstances. I have tried to ring multiple times but I think your customer service team cant hear me and I cant hear them? There is no option to email so I dont know what to do?

This is for my broadband, I have attempted to ring your customer service team however there seems to be an issue with hearing each other. Is there another way I can contact your customer service team please.

Are you able to call from a different phone?
Or you could try activating your loudspeaker once your call has been connected with a guide.
