Final Payment

Good afternoon, I moved to a different provider on the 19th Feb who also processed the switch over, but have not received final payment and current monthly dd payments are still being processed with no end date in the invoices. I did speak to plusnet member a few weeks who confirmed there system shows my switch over for the 19th Feb. Can this please be checked it is processed or is there a problem? Thank you.

Hi @Jimmee 

You’ll receive a final bill from us 20 days after your services have ceased. This includes any days of service you received between your billing date and the date your services ceased, or cancellation charges if you left your contract early.
 

If there’s a minus amount on your final bill, you’ll receive a refund in three  to five working days into your bank using your direct debit details. If you don’t have an active Direct Debit, a link will be sent to you so you can claim your refund.
