Well done Cornish girl for managing to make contact with Plusnet. I have been trying to make contact for over a week now with no success. I got an email to say my new bill was ready and how much it was - a lot more than usual! But when I tried to see my bill online I was told that this service was not available and please try later. I try every day but it’s still not available. I’ve tried calling but the wait times are ridiculous. Please, please Plusnet, fix this problem, and/or explain to me why my bill has jumped

I’ve still not resolved my issue but hopefully some more advice put my way this morning might get the ball rolling.
