Billing issue

Hi. I paid £23.99 on 13/09 by card and its showing as pending on my bank statement. Usually, instantly when i pay i get a text and email confirming this. This time i didnt and i’m getting the not paid messages. Is something wrong this time?

Sorry you've been having issues. I've popped through a credit to balance off the balance while we find out what's happened with the billing team.
