Billing issue

Hi 

I cancelled my BT sport app at the end of may but I've only just realised it's still billing me for the app for June-July, July-August and now August to September. I've not re-added it my account and would like the amount refunded please.

Hi there Syau93, I'm really sorry that removing BT Sports access didn't go through properly. I've sorted that out now and have refunded the over payments for you and that should reach your account within the next 10 working days.
