My broadband Fibre 500Mb contract is set at £34.99, and I have just been charged £45.58 this month.
Can a member of staff look into this, please. Thanks.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
