@talkingnews invoices aren't sent by email. Your contact email will get a notification that the bill has been generated. You then need to login to your account where you can view and download the bill.
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

If you want the notification to be sent to two email addresses, you could set up a "Rule" in your email software, (if it has that feature), to forward the email from the first address to the second one.
