Billed wrong.

I recently renewed my Plusnet contract at a price of £25.99. I have now received a bill for £39.31 and no explanation as to why. Can anyone explain the reason for this please? We have emails stating the renewal price of £25.99 but no email about this hike. If I had known, I wouldn't have renewed.

A float tip is pleasing in its appearance and even more pleasing in its disappearance.

I keep forgetting about the Broadband and Fibre Broadband sections.

 

This has now been sorted via a phone call to Plusnet.
