Billed incorrectly this month

I have tried to get through on the phones, waited for over 40 minutes twice and haven't managed to get to someone.
So though i would post here.
I renewed my long standing contract for another 12 months at the end of March.
I am supposed to be billed £21 a month.
I just got my bill for this month and it is over £50.
Something must have gone wrong. I need this to be explained please.
I've attached an image of my latest bill here, as well as the two emails i recieved showing references and what i was told i would be charged for the next 12 months. Please excuse the two replies i made to this post. Attaching multiple images to one post is not obvious.

Attached a second image of the other email i recieved at the end of march showing what i should be billed for the next 12 months. (I can't see a way to attach multiple images to one post).
