Billed for a call I didn't make

Hi there,

I've been charged for a call I did not make on my landline. I do not use my landline.

The call to a mobile number I do not know was placed on the same day the Openreach engineer came out to fix my line (I still haven't received the promised compensation for the outage). 

Can you help please?
