Refund for prepayment

Dear plusnet i cancelled my contract within time on 12/03/20 and am still awaiting refund if £212.88. I pre paid for the year and had to cancel as fibre wasnt available to me. I was inly informed of this after i queries through phone call 1 day after activation day. You took my money for something that wasnt available and no refund as of yet. There has been no good will gesture or anything. I want this money my money without furthur delay. On ur site it says 10 days and an advisor said could be 21 days.
Please advise why its taking so long?
