BT Sport activation

My App status for BT Sport still says Not activated even though i have actived it?

That's certainly a bizarre one.

Have you had the BT Sport app from us before or is this the first time?

Have you tried force stopping the app in your device's "Settings" menu, clearing the app's "Cache", and then re-starting the app as normal?

Done that, the App is fine its on the website when i log onto my account and click on Add on's at the bottom where the BT Sport App still says not actived, even i have click on the link beside it and BT says its already activated.

 

Im using Google Chromecast not a smart phone.

OK, (in your OP, you said "My App status" - so that is why I suggested that).

Similar to my previous suggestion, have you tried logging out of the BT web site, then clearing the Cache in your web browser and then logging in again?

Done that. Still saying on the website Not activated. I can only assume Plusnet haven't updated my status on the website.

BT Sport is working fine on my Chromecast. Thanks for the help.
