Already have a product change in progress error on account page

Hello,

 

I get an error message when I log into my account telling me...

An error has occurred

You can't change your products for the moment, you already have a product change in progress.
 
 
I haven't made any changes in years since I joined, please fix this!

You will need a staff member to sort this - the (supposedly) automatic method of clearing this message on completion of account changes is totally broken.

(Sorry I can't be of more help, but maybe, just maybe if I point this out to PN often enough, they will do something about it.)

Hi, I'm having the same issue. Recently renewed 18 Month contract, removing the Unlimited UK & Mobile package but I have this same message on my account, and the package remains?

That error will disappear on your next bill date when your unlimited call package is removed.

Let me know if it doesn't or there are any issues.
