An error has occurred

hello,

 

I recently renewed my 18 month unlimited fibre contract. My account is showing the new start date of 2 April 23 but I'm still being billed the old price of 27.44 instead of the new price of 25.99.

 

Support team, please refund 1.45 for overcharging my 2nd May Bill and update billing for future payments of 25.99

thanks for getting back to me. I've just checked my account and it seems I've been overcharged for two months but received credit for one. Can you please credit my account for an additional £1.45?

New contract start date: 2 Apr 23

New Contract monthly sub: £25.99

 

Total paid for period 2 Apr - 1 Jun : £54.88

credit received: £1.45

 

***credit still due: £1.45
