Adding an authorised user

Hello. Can someone please help me add my partner as an authorised user so he can speak to Plusnet about our broadband? I set up the contract but we make the broadband (and mortgage!) payments jointly. Many thanks.

Hi @obbtn1997

You'll be able to do this by going Here. An authorised user can't make changes that'll affect the contract or bills but they will be able to set up a payment method in their name Here.
