Account problem

Hello all,

Can someone help me out with this problem?  Trying to look at my account but it states my account is restricted.  I owe no money as it comes straight out of my account by DD.  It's interfering with me checking my account, any help?  Thanks

Hi there, I've just checked your account and everything looks OK and there's no signs of any restrictions. I'd make sure you've tried deleting the cache of cookies and temporary internet files from your browser, if it's still an issue following that it would be worth sending me a private message across with your username just to make sure I've been checking the right one that's linked to your Community login.
