I’ve just received an email telling me my product has been incorrectly applied as a 80/20 and you will change it to up to 38.
I’m on a legacy 55/10 product and wish to remain on this.
Please can you correct your mistake.

From what I can see while the profile on your account is set at 55mbps you're still provisioned on 80/20 from long ago.
I've placed an order to modify your circuit to 55/10 which should go through tomorrow. I've also e-mailed the project owner as a heads up asking to take you out of the automated process.
