EXACTLY the same problem.

What a bunch of fiddling you know whats!!!

Told me there was NO offer o when I know there quite rightly was.

Even told them those offers where clearly visible still in Google, but they said I hadn't signed for them when I [-Censored-] well did.

Now I know Plusnet will remove this as they can do from their end, but I OWNED a complaints site few years ago and sold it on, so I KNOW  what bad publicity does and I'm going to HAMMER all the main ones weekly

Because the £50 or £75 offers they can get away with the better for them as it's in their pockets

Looks like Plusnet have been using this fiddle for well over a year now.

Will check other forums and add my complaints to them

Could go to the ombudsman and see if I can ditch them

Also waiting for my £50 Cashback. I double checked the offer after viewing this thread before I purchased to make sure it did indeed include the offer.

How long should I expect to wait, my services were activated 14 days ago.

I also signed up for the fibre deal with £50 cashback/reward card and i'm still yet to hear anything. The account was set up on 09/10 but I didn't get access to broadband until 02/11 after plusnet sent two routers to the wrong address!

No problems Ash. Once you fill the form out you should receive your reward within 30 days.

It looks like the package you're on at the time you signed up wasn't part of a cashback offer I'm afraid.

Hi, I joined on 16th October when the £50 cash back was on offer. I've yet to receive an email and I've checked my junk inbox with no luck. Would someone be able to send me the email so I can claim the £50 cash back.
