problems calling/sms German mobile phone

Hi All,

A friend of mine lives in Germany. Her has a German mobile. He can call and text me without any issues.

I cannot return the calls or text him. I use 00 49 157 etc and the call/text always fails.

I also have a work mobile with O2 and I can call and text the German mobile without any problems, it's to the same number.

Is there something that Plusnet needs to enable so that I can call an international mobile?
