mobile network access

I have no mobile network so cannot use my samsung.   have switched off and taken sim out then restart after a break but no joy.     trying to get help from plusnet but again no joy    ???any advice

Has your SIM and Samsung (together) EVER worked at your location,  or are you trying one or other for the first time ?

worked fine until now.....   new issue without warning

Hey there @Ll0 sorry to hear you are having issues. Please can you try the below for me?

 

Turn air plane mode on and off; you can find this easily within the settings of your handset.
Reboot the handset. (you do so by turning the handset off, taking the SIM out, putting the SIM back in and turning the handset back on)
Ensure all updates are complete (this includes both handset updates and carrier settings)
Try the SIM in a different phone. If you're unable to do this then please try a different SIM in your phone.
Manually connect to the network

thanks but think i just got unregistered......      especially as i tried all those things with no effect.     So changed provider as Plusnet gone down the pan

I am sorry about that. We are getting rid of mobile anyway so it would have been better to port it out. I hope everything went well with the switch.
