Lets have a whip round and buy the billing team a calculator. Every month my mobile bill is always wrong and I'm getting sick of ringing up to get it corrected.

Very sorry to hear you feel this way, Shep41. This shouldn't be the case at all. I'm especially puzzled as our billing process is entirely automated, so things like this shouldn't happen.
